Methuselah Fitness Project
    Adding Life to our Years!
   More adults are enjoying a meaningful and productive life well into their senior years.  Indeed, people are often able to learn new skills, begin new endeavors, and make those "golden" years truely golden!
   We now offer fitness classes several times a week held in our lower-level classrooms.  Instructor Daryll Krivanos, works with each person to improve their physical skills, including strength exercises and flexibility training.  There are also discussions on lifestyle choices, including eating a healthy diet.
   Daryll looks forward to meeting with you to discuss a personal life fitness plan of action!
